Pre-mature cultivation is a kill joy

This is my first post, have been lurking around for several months. As a new grower, have not had enough knowledge to offer any constructive input but this morning I finally snapped a few photos of some problems I have been having.

Today is exactly 8 weeks of flowering (day one started when placed in 12-12). This is my second grow, started with 3 White Widow seeds and 3 Northern Lights seeds (don’t know which strain, got the seeds for a less reliable seed bank). I ended up with 2 NL females and 1 WW female. Ironically it was looking like the WW was going to be harvested first, the trichomes are nice in cloudy and most the hairs have turned orange. However, I noticed about 1 week ago that one of the NL plants started having male flowers. First I ignored the problem but did more research last night and realized that the bananas can produce pollen. This morning I check the girl and could easily get pollen from one of the bananas so she got the chop. At first tried to remove the bananas but on closer examination, there were too many to remove and several immature ones forming. As you can see I had to harvest at least 2 weeks early but could not risk contaminating the grow room. I have several other plants that are only in week 2 of flowering.
